Legal framework

We process your data in accordance with Peru's Law No. 29733, Personal Data Protection Law, and its Regulation approved by Supreme Decree No. 016-2024-JUS.

What data we collect

We only ask for the data needed for each purpose:

  • Contact form: name, job title, company, Tax ID (RUC), WhatsApp, email, region, service of interest, budget, timeframe, how you heard about us and your message.
  • Clients: billing details (legal name, RUC or ID, tax address), project contacts and the access you share with us to do the work.
  • Complaints Book: name, ID document, email and the details of your complaint or claim.
  • Technical data: your IP address, which we store as an encrypted, irreversible fingerprint to prevent abuse, and the site's technical errors.

We do not request sensitive data (such as health or political opinions), and our services are not directed at minors under 18.

What we use it for

We use your data to:

  • Respond to your request and prepare your proposal.
  • Provide the contracted service, give you support, issue your invoices and manage payments.
  • Handle your complaints, claims and rights requests.
  • Protect the site against fraud, bots and unauthorized access.
  • Comply with our legal and tax obligations.

Only if you authorize it by checking the corresponding box, we will send you news and promotions. You can withdraw that permission at any time without affecting your request.

Legal basis

We process your data with your consent, which you give when you submit the form and check the acceptance box (never pre-checked); to perform the contractual relationship you have with us; and to comply with legal obligations, such as tax obligations with SUNAT.

Who we share it with

We do not sell, rent or transfer your data. We only share it with providers that help us deliver the service, who access only what is necessary:

  • Hostinger, our hosting and infrastructure provider, where the site and its databases are hosted.
  • Nubefact, an authorized electronic invoicing provider, to issue your receipts and invoices with SUNAT.
  • Email services and WhatsApp (Meta), when you write to us or we reply through those channels.

We may also provide data to authorities when a regulation or court order requires it.

Transfers outside Peru

Some of these providers may store or process data on servers located outside Peru. In those cases we work with providers that offer adequate levels of protection, in accordance with Law No. 29733.

How long we keep it

  • Requests that don't result in a contract: up to 2 years from the last contact. After that, we delete or anonymize them.
  • Clients: for as long as the relationship lasts and, afterwards, for the period required by tax and accounting regulations.
  • Complaints Book: at least 2 years from the date of the complaint, as required by law.
  • News and promotions: until you withdraw your authorization.

How we protect it

We apply technical and organizational measures proportionate to the risk:

  • Encrypted connection (HTTPS) across the entire site.
  • Data access limited to authorized staff, with role-based permissions, passwords protected with Argon2id and two-step verification.
  • Audit log of changes made in our systems.
  • Third-party passwords and access keys stored encrypted.
  • Submission limits and bot filters on forms.
  • Regular backups.

No system is infallible. If an incident affecting your data occurs, we will notify you and report it to the authority when applicable.
